The UV stabilization properties are always present in G-Paulin Cross-Laminated Multilayer Tarpaulins.
There are no secondary lamination agents in G-paulin and waterproofing properties are in-built.
In G-Paulin heat sealing is done on the base material itself that makes it long lasting and 100% waterproof
G-Paulin does not get delaminated and cracked because of its technology and can sustain in exposure to sun because of its UV stabilization prosperities
The thickness variation can only go up to +/- 5% due to superior technology.
G-Paulin comes with ultrasonically
weldedeyelets which is fused with the base material itself, thus it can with stand extreme pressure conditions
100 % Waterproof for a very long time period
Long life span.
Mostly the UV stabilization property is absent in these tarpaulins.
The Laminated agent is very thin and gets peeled off faster that leads
to leakage.
In HDPE tarpaulins the heat sealing is done on the thin lamination and not on the base material therefore the sealing is weak and tends to fail. These tarpaulins also come with stitched joints that are not waterproof.
After exposure under the sun HDPE
tarpaulins tends to crack which results in delamination and failure
The thickness variation goes up to +/- 20% because of the limitation of
its technology.
HDPE tarpaulins come with metal eyelets, which are punched and then riveted. Thus it is not fused with the base material making the eyelets tear off when exposed to high pressure.
May be waterproof, but for a very short period.
Short life span.
